Whiting's Hebert Miner Hackle Capes are some of the finest fly tying feathers on the planet. A less-expensive alternative to the Whiting capes with the only difference being slightly less dense hackle barbs, the Hebert Miner capes are arguably the best "natural" coloured hackles anywhere. This is probably one of the biggest values in fly tying. These areBronzeGrade capes and you'll be amazed at the quality of the feathers!
