Wapsi – Grizzly Hen Saddles

Description:

Wapsi Grizzly Hen Saddles Soft, speckled hackle for versatile fly patterns.

Wapsi Grizzly Hen Saddles are a classic choice for tiers looking to add natural mottling and lifelike motion to their flies. With soft, webby fibers, these feathers are perfect for collars, legs, and tails on nymphs, as well as wings and hackle for wet flies and streamers. Their distinctive grizzly barring adds depth and realism to patterns, making them a reliable substitute for partridge in soft hackle flies. Easy to work with and available in generous quantities, Wapsi Grizzly Hen Saddles give tiers the versatility needed for both trout and warmwater patterns.
