Solitude Scud

Description:

The Solitude Scud is a popular fly pattern used by anglers, especially for targeting trout. This fly mimics small crustaceans known as scuds, which are a key food source for trout in many waters. The Scud is known for its realistic, segmented body and natural coloration, making it highly effective in various fishing environments like spring creeks, tailwaters, and stillwaters. The weighted design helps it sink quickly to where fish are feeding near the bottom.
