Smoked seasoning Essco

Description:

FTM Smoked seasoning Essco The perfect seasoning for every dish
FTM spice mixes for fish are ready-made spice salts that have been specially developed for preparing a variety of fish dishes. They make seasoning easy and time-saving and are suitable for numerous preparation methods from pan-frying and grilling to smoking.

Tried-and-tested recipes and balanced flavours
The mixes are based on carefully composed recipes in which salt, herbs and spices are harmoniously balanced. The aim is to achieve a balanced flavour that enhances the natural taste of the fish without overpowering it. When selecting the ingredients, attention is paid to consistent quality so that the spice mixes are suitable for both delicate and stronger types of fish.

Practical everyday use
The spice mixes are ready to use and can be applied directly for rubbing, marinating or seasoning. They are suitable for fish fillets, whole fish or steaks and make preparation easier both at the water's edge and at home. This allows fish dishes to be prepared quickly, easily and with reliable flavour regardless of the method or occasion. FTM Smoked seasoning Essco Essco smoke gives fried or grilled fish a delicate smoky flavour without the need for a smoker. The spice is sprinkled sparingly before frying or grilling and adds a subtle smoky flavour to fish dishes. It works particularly well in combination with other fish spices.
