RIO Premier Gold Max Fly Line

Description:

RIO Premier Gold Max Fly Line Maximum Power, Effortless Performance

Built a full line size heavy, the RIO Premier Gold Max Fly Line is engineered for anglers who need extra power to deliver large rigs with control and finesse. With the shortest head length in the Gold series, the Gold Max loads fast-action rods quickly and excels at turning over nymph rigs, streamers, and larger dry flies. Its short rear-biased taper allows for efficient roll casts, quick line pick-up, and easy mending at distance. Featuring RIOs premium SlickCast coating for superior durability and shootability, the Gold Max gives you all-around performance in waters where delicate presentations take a backseat to bite-triggering delivery. Ideal for those who need a workhorse line that still handles with finesse.

• Compact and powerful, the short head and full-size heavy weight carries bulkier flies and rigs with ease
• Short rear taper for improved shooting on longer distance casts
• Rear-loaded body turns over heavier rigs smoother than aggressive front-loaded designs and makes for easy roll casting and mending of entire head
• Short front taper powerfully turns over bulky flies and heavier indicator setups
