Rainy’s Empie’s Deadly Shiner

Description:

At a glance, this streamer looks like a wooly bugger. But featuring varying lengths of flash material, a tungsten bead, and an attractant band, this Rainy's fly fishes well anywhere predators live! The heavy design is perfect for deep water, yet it fishes well in the shallows when paired with a floating line.
