Palms – The Smelt

Description:

The Palms The Smelt is an ultra-finesse 20mm micro minnow designed for light salt game fishing. This compact lure features a realistic baitfish profile that perfectly imitates small smelt, sprats, and juvenile fish that coastal predators feed on.

With its precise swimming action and lifelike appearance, The Smelt excels in clear water conditions where finesse presentations are critical. Ideal for targeting kahawai, trevally, and other coastal species in NZ harbours, estuaries, and shallow reefs. Also effective for trout in lakes and streams.

The compact 20mm size makes it perfect for ultra-light tackle setups, delivering natural action that triggers strikes from even the most cautious fish.
