Mangums Crystal Dragon Tails

Description:

Mangums Crystal Dragon Tails redefine fly tails with a focus on precision, durability, and visibility. Each tail runs 9 inches long and uses 100% pearlescent non-absorbing fibers, yielding a crisp edge and smooth, reliable casting in moving water.

Built with a reinforced new material, the tails resist wear and maintain their structure through repeated casts. The semi-transparent silhouette stays visible without bulk, helping the fly cut through light and current in both freshwater and saltwater environments. Optimized for floating poppers and shallow-water streamers, Mangums Crystal Dragon Tails enhance profile and action without sacrificing line control.

Applications span freshwater and saltwater scenarios, including ponds, rivers, and coastal flats where a lifted tail helps push the fly forward. The combination of durability and optics ensures longer life and consistent performance across fishing sessions.
