Gutting knife

Description:

Balzer Gutting knife Concept & Use
The Balzer Camtec gutting knife is a compact folding knife that has been specially designed for clean and controlled gutting of fish. Its handy design makes it ideal for use directly at the water's edge as well as for processing fish on the go.

Blade & Handle
The curved blade made of stainless, black-coated steel is sharpened to a fine edge and designed to open the abdominal cavity without unnecessarily damaging the innards or fillet. The ergonomically shaped handle with a non-slip surface ensures a secure grip and precise guidance, even with wet or cold hands.

Safety & handling
As a folding knife, the Camtec gutting knife can be transported safely and without taking up much space. An integrated safety mechanism locks the blade in place during use and prevents it from folding shut accidentally, ensuring a high level of safety during use.
