Drift – Coq de Leon

Description:

Drift Coq de Leon Premium tailing and hackle feathers for precision fly tying.

Drift Coq de Leon feathers are highly prized for their durability, sheen, and natural speckling that adds lifelike appeal to your flies. Offered in XXS size, these feathers feature barbs approximately 1 cm long, with total feather lengths of 45 cm. While some are borderline small for tailing flies, they make excellent hackle for nymphs, emergers, and dry flies where subtlety matters. Their stiffness and unique translucence ensure superior performance in the water, helping your patterns hold shape and entice more strikes. A versatile and essential material for serious fly tiers, Drift Coq de Leon delivers quality and consistency trusted at the vise.
