Daiwa SPARTAN SJB62-3 6’2″ Overhead Rod

Description:

Holding nothing back, the new range of Spartan SJ rods feature all the best components and technology which deliver unmatched performance. Beginning with a HVF Nanoplus graphite blank which is lighter & stronger thanks to the nanoplus resin, Spartan SJ then also receives the full X45X Full Shield treatment, reducing twisting under load thanks to increased torsional stiffness. Spartan SJ also features Daiwas patented 3DX carbon weave on the lower most section of the blank increasing lifting power. Outfitted with Daiwas Air Sensor reel seats, Spartan SJ rods are incredibly lightweight and when paired with a reel such as a Lexa HD or Saltiga LD provides a compact yet powerful outfit capable of dishing out plenty of hurt. Fuji stainless steel silicon carbide (SiC) guides manage lineflow effectively and the clever adjustable EVA pad in the split section means you can protect the rod when travelling in your boats rod holders. Available in PE ratings 2, 3 & 4 in both spin and spiral wrapped overhead configurations.
