Description:
Technology combines with stylish good looks and outstanding value in the new Emeraldas V rod series. Designed for the egging angler who wants it all, the newest rod series to bare the famous Emeraldas name carries the same pedigree and performance thats made the name famous.
Combining Daiwas performance focused blank design with unmatched value the new Emeraldas V series combines HVF carbon with Daiwas X45 and Braiding X blank technologies for heightened sensitivity and lightness, while eliminating blank twist and distortion to increase rod strength and function.
The Emeraldas Vs componentry is equally performance and design inspired with Daiwas new Air Slash reel seats delivering strength, weightlessness and classic Emeraldas styling, while Fuji SiC stainless steel K guides ensure ultimate corrosion resistance and unmatched sensitivity and performance.
Style meets stunning design and performance with the new Emeraldas V rod series.
Features
-Air slash - the lightweight air slash reel seat supports comfortable rod operation with an ergonomic fit that sticks to the palm of the hand. The rigid construction increases sensitivity by translating more vibration to the palm aiding in bite detection.
- Braiding x - daiwas latest carbon technology, braiding x is a low resin, high strength, reduced weight, high density, carbon weave that creates a blank that has maximum density, yet is super light, sensitive, and highly responsiveness.
- Fuji sic ring - sic has been the gold standard of guide ring material for over 20 years. Super hard, light, and highly polished and smooth, sic guides are an excellent dissipater of heat making them ideal for light drags and/or big fish
- Fuji stainlees steel guides - light, strong, and highly corrosion resistant, fuji stainless steel guides are tailor-made for australia's harsh conditions.
- HVF nanoplus - through the use of nano resin control technology in the blank construction process, nanoplus allows for increased graphite density to be achieved within a graphite rod blank.
- X45 - developed to eliminate blank twist and increase power, x45 features a bias wrap construction, left/right 45 degree carbon weave within the blank. X45 radically improves rod strength and durability by eliminating twist and preventing the blank from losing its round form. The elimination of this twist allows for a lighter, stronger and more powerful and sensitive rod.
