Bead Head Rubber Legs Stonefly

Description:

Bead Head Rubber Legs Stonefly Heavy, lifelike nymph for fast currents and big trout.

The Bead Head Rubber Legs Stonefly is a high-performance nymph pattern built to imitate the large stoneflies found in many trout rivers. Featuring a weighted bead head for fast sink rate and lively rubber legs for natural movement, this fly gets down quickly and stays in the strike zone. Its realistic profile makes it an excellent choice for spring runoff, pocket water, or any time trout are keyed in on big stonefly nymphs. Fished dead-drift under an indicator or as the anchor in a multi-fly rig, the Bead Head Rubber Legs Stonefly is a must-have for anglers chasing aggressive trout in heavy water. Very similar to the Sili-leg Stone, but tied on a straight hook shank and with no knots in the legs. This is fly catches a lot of fish, and should be in everyone's box. The wriggling, twitching rubber legs are impossible for fish to resist.
