Baitcasting reel Curado DC 200

Description:

Shimano Baitcasting reel Curado DC 200 201 HG LH The Curado DC is a technically advanced low profile baitcaster equipped with the Digital Control drag system (I-DC4) developed exclusively by Shimano. The micro-computer supporting this drag system automatically controls the speed of spool rotation in the casts. When cranking, it is immediately apparent how solidly built this reel is and how well it fits in your hand at the same time. With popular 151 and 201 sizes in various speed options, the Curado DC represents one of the best investments if you're looking to upgrade to the latest baitcaster technologies. Those who have never tried Digital Control should do so urgently. The external dial allows you to easily set 3 more modes to the totally free mode: 1 for braid or mono, 2 for fluorocarbon, and 3 for difficult conditions (like casting with bulky lures against a strong wind). Once activated, the micro-computer makes nano-second adjustments to spool rotation speed during casts, preventing wigs, maximizing casting performance and promoting focused and fun fishing. Of course, there's much more to the Curado DC than "just" the Digital Control System. The Hagane housing is lightweight, super rugged and ergonomically designed to fit naturally in the hand. The combination of Micro Module gearbox and X-Ship delivers smoothness and power. The Cross Carbon fight brake guarantees absolute control in the fight of big fish. And then there's the S3D spool supporting the Digital Control System, which teases the maximum casting control out of the DC system. So when it comes to generating the most pleasure and maximum performance from baitcasting, the Curado DC is exactly the product of choice.

Safety instructions:

- Handle hooks with care: Always cover the fishing hooks or remove them from the rods for transportation. Use corks or hook covers to avoid accidental injury.
- Keep your distance: Fish at least 10 meters away from others to avoid accidents. Watch out for people behind you before casting. Be careful with carbon fiber: Carbon fiber rods are strong but can be brittle. Avoid dropping them or banging them against hard surfaces as this can cause damage.
- Safe transportation: Always take your rod apart and place it in a protective cover during transportation to prevent damage from external influences.
- Carbon fiber rods conduct electricity. Do not use them during thunderstorms or near power lines.
- Never try to pull lures or leaders out of trees or bushes by applying pressure to the rod and fishing line. This can result in the bait/lead being catapulted towards the angler. Use only your hands to free the bait/lead.

- Train beginners: Instruct children and beginners in the safe handling of rods and hooks to minimize risks.
- Safety distance: Always keep a distance of at least six meters from high-voltage power lines when carrying or using fishing rods.
- Avoid high sticking: Do not bend your rod too much while you are drilling a fish, which is known as high sticking. Hold the rod at a maximum loading angle of 45 to 60 degrees to avoid breakage.
- Aligning the rod for snags: If your lure snags, keep the rod pointed at the hook while walking backwards to reduce the strain on the rod.
- Be careful with carbon fiber: Carbon fiber rods are strong but can be brittle. Avoid dropping them or banging them against hard surfaces as this can cause damage.
- Safe transportation: Always take your rod apart and place it in a protective cover during transportation to prevent damage from external influences.
