R&R Tackle – Medium Bait Dehooker

Description:

The R&R Tackle Medium Bait Dehooker is designed for anglers who value speed, safety, and fish survival when handling small to medium bait and game fish. Ideal for fish weighing 8 oz to 5 lbs, this tool allows for quick, efficient hook removal while minimizing stress and injury to the fish.

Featuring a stainless steel R-shaped design, the Medium Bait Dehooker keeps the line securely in place during hook removal, making it easier to release fish cleanly and safely. This design also reduces the risk of hand injuries from sharp teeth or spines and speeds up the unhooking process compared to handling hooks by hand.

The dehooker is finished with a durable, floating handle that includes a flat thumb rest for added control and precision. Compact, corrosion-resistant, and easy to retrieve if dropped overboard, this tool is an essential piece of gear for anglers targeting goggle eyes, blue runners, small snappers, bonito, and similar-sized fish.
