Wapsi – Aunt Lydia’s Sparkle Yarn

Description:

Wapsi Aunt Lydia's Sparkle Yarn Classic synthetic yarn with subtle flash.

Wapsi Aunt Lydias Sparkle Yarn is a timeless fly-tying material used to create shimmering bodies, wings, and ribbing on a variety of patterns. Its synthetic trilobal fibers catch light beautifully, adding lifelike sparkle and depth to nymphs, wets, and streamers. Durable and easy to work with, this yarn lays flat or can be twisted for different textures, giving tiers flexibility in design. A favourite for classic steelhead and salmon patterns, as well as trout flies, it provides both tradition and performance at the vise. Available in multiple colours, Aunt Lydias Sparkle Yarn remains a go-to choice for tiers looking to add flash without overpowering their flies.
