Morrishs Fluttering Stone

Description:

Morrishs Fluttering Stone is a realistic stonefly imitation designed for serious anglers. The lifelike stonefly profile captures the fluttering motion of an adult insect, delivering a convincing presentation on the water. A high-riding foam body keeps the fly buoyant when stoneflies are active, helping the pattern ride false water and trigger confident takes.

Designed to match stonefly activity, this fly presents a precise surface profile that fools wary fish. The combination of a lifelike body and a high-riding foam core ensures robust visibility during slow retrieves and when insects hatch. It tracks true in current and resists sinking out of position, delivering a natural flutter on the surface and encouraging confident takes when stoneflies are active.

• Realistic stonefly imitation with lifelike flutter
• Foam body rides high for strong surface presence
• Stable on the water in chop and current
• Durable construction designed for repeated casts
• Compatible with standard fly lines and tippet setups

Specifically suitable for trout and other surface-feeding species during stonefly activity.
