Description:
For the advanced angler, the 4th generation Abu Garcia Revo STX Baitcast Reel represents the ultimate in casting control and precision. Its acclaimed dual brake has morphed into the almost limitless IVCB-6L (Infinitely Variable Centrifugal Brake) system, a technological marvel that offers convenient external-adjust cast control that you can fine-tune to accommodate super-light lures and wind by locking any or all of 6 internal modules. Other advancements include Abu's Gull Wing sideplate design, beefed-up gearing, and the smoothest, strongest drag in the industry. Already a favorite of the pros, the upgraded Revo STX Baitcaster features a corrosion-resistant X2-Crftic alloy frame with aluminum handle-side sideplate and C6 carbon Gull Wing palming sideplate for quick brake access; Infini II spool; Ti-coated line guide; super-efficient D2 Gear Design, Everslik pinion coat, and DuraClutch combination for exceptional smoothness and durability; 10+1 system with stainless steel ball bearings plus roller bearing; super-precise IVCB-6L braking; Power Stack Carbon Matrix Drag System with up to 24 lbs. of drag pressure; compact bent handle and drag star; and a lube port for easy maintenance.
