Smoking witch U-Sparbrand

Description:

FTM Smoking witch U-Sparbrand Uniform cold smoke for long smoking cycles
The FTM Rucherhexe U-Sparbrand is a U-shaped cold smoke generator that has been specially developed for long and gentle smoking cycles. Its special shape ensures uniform, controlled smoke development and is ideal for cold smoking fish fillets and other sensitive smoked products.

Functional principle and smoke generation
The Sparbrand is filled with suitable smoking flour and lit at one end. The smoking flour then smoulders slowly along the U-shape, producing constant cold smoke for many hours. This even smoke emission is particularly important for developing delicate flavours without overheating the smoked food. With a typical smouldering time of around 12 to 14 hours, the U-shaped smoker allows for extended smoking processes without the need for constant refilling. This makes it possible to plan and carry out longer cold smoking processes evenly.

Handling and reusability
The U-Sparbrand is placed in the smoking cabinet or smoking barrel, where it serves as a reliable source of smoke for cold smoking. The smoking time can be adjusted individually depending on the type and quantity of smoking flour used. After the smoking process, the Sparbrand can be emptied and refilled, allowing it to be used multiple times. Its robust design and easy handling make it a practical accessory for anyone who values controlled, sustained smoke production.
